LOVE SOLDIER is a NSFW 18+ Visual Novel about a young adult man (that's you!) who happens to be the son of an important mafia boss.
One day, a sudden attack ends with your father and most of your crime family dead. You manage to escape thanks to your attractive bodyguard Natalya the "Mad Wolf", but the two of you are left stranded in the desert. Worse yet, armed men are hunting you down, and they'll stop at nothing to finish the job.

What future tags are you planning?

You will be able to build a harem, but it's optional (you will be able to stay completely exclusive to one girl and even get a marriage ending).
No ntr or sharing.
No futa/trans.
As for pregnancy, I have a couple scenes planned where they would be pregnant, but that's far in the future.
And there will definitely be some gentle femdom for certain more "dominant" characters but nothing crazy.
